Are you tired, worn down, broken, or bandaged up? Have you lost the glimmer in your eye when faith is brought up? The Christian walk may not always be easy, but it is meant to be one walked with confidence. Every believer in Christ is meant to carry Christ's authority. There is a lot that goes into that. No one entering college expects to be able to skip it altogether and still apply for the high-level job without the degree required. On the same hand the seven sons of Sceva approached biblical spiritual authority very flippantly and wound up in a heap of trouble. Listen to this week's sermon for the Biblical basis for this authority!

Then he called his twelve disciples together, and gave them power and authority over all devils, and to cure diseases. Luke 9:1

Push into His presence in a deeper way this week! You will be surprised the difference in your experience with God when you connect with a Spirit-filled community to encourage you and spur you on when things get difficult. The Holy Spirit is moving around the world, and we are preparing for a great local move of His Holy Spirit here in Durham before Jesus's soon return.

God's Word is both timeless and powerful today!

We hope that you will consider this week's message in greater depth in the days ahead and meditate on God's Word in the attached PDF outline.
